Tasty like a fresh soybean milk with a strong flowery aroma.
We make 2 batch of Moonlight White tea every year, this one is the Spring crop, green white leaves. The other Autumn one is black white.
Spring is the dry season in Yunnan, the leaves drying so fast that they are still a little green. It’s double mellow than Autumn crop.
Soup like you add some green tea in the white tea, fresh, robust and abundant flowery.
