DESCRIPTION
King Baimudan White differs from the normal standard Baimudan due to the fineness and timing of the picking.
In general, Baimudan is made using the 2nd and after plucking harvests and consists of a bud and two or three leaves. While the king is a finer picking, a bud and up to two leaves, and the timing from the 1st of the year. You should expect the King to be a much more buds which are very fluffy than the conventional Baimudan.
The perfect balance of buds to leaves is certainly another reason of King. Sun drying mixed with the in door drying, bringing together the creamy richness of fruit and the thick texture.
