Soft branch is another cultivar born in Taiwan, and we grow it with Jinxuan in Yunnan. It’s usually made for oolong tea.

This year we try it to white tea. The best one I made this Spring.

Hope to get more flavors from the leaves, slightly rolling 5 minutes before drying. And 2 ways drying, first under the roof, then go outside under the sunshine until 100% dry.

The leaves are totally black with a few green, a strong flowery aroma when dry leaves.
